Hi! I'm David.
Struggling with depression, near homelessness, and deep self-doubt, I realized that no one was going to rescue me, that no matter whose fault it was, it was up to me to change me.
Through research, mentors, and experiences, I learned that the keys to overcoming life’s challenges are found in mental wellness,
vulnerability, and connection. It became clear to me that by connecting deeply with my true self and others, I could rise above any obstacle.
Today, as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and communication coach, I guide companies, institutions, and everyday leaders into fostering A Culture of Us™, a culture where human connection is key to overcome any challenge, a culture where your teams and communities can thrive together, in unity.
